ConversionIQ plans start at $99 per month
ConversionIQ's monthly plans cost $99 for Starter, $199 for Standard, and $499 for Premium, in US dollars. Each includes an allowance of AI Actions. According to the FAQ, an Action can be a moderated comment or a chat response, so one customer conversation can use several Actions. Official FAQ
Your total depends on how much work the AI does, not simply how many people visit your site. A quick question about opening hours may use fewer Actions than a long discussion about booking an appointment. Messaging channels can add separate fees.
This guide uses official information checked on September 6, 2026. We haven't verified a bill in a live account. The examples below exclude taxes and channel fees. For a look at the product itself, read our ConversionIQ overview.

Monthly plan comparison
| Plan | Base price | Included AI Actions | Cost per extra Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 | 100 | $0.30 |
| Standard | $199 | 750 | $0.25 |
| Premium | $499 | 2,500 | $0.15 |
Enterprise is quoted separately. Starter includes up to two social profiles, while Standard lists unlimited profiles. Check that your plan supports the channels and features you need before comparing price alone. Official pricing
CommentResponder and ChattiLive share the same Action allowance. If you use both social comment handling and web chat, add their usage together. Overage means the extra usage beyond that included allowance. Shared usage explanation
A 1,000-action example
At 1,000 monthly AI Actions, Starter would be $99 plus 900 additional actions at $0.30, or $369. Standard would be $199 plus 250 at $0.25, or $261.50. Premium would remain within its included pool at $499. These calculations use the published rates and exclude other charges.
Here, Standard costs $107.50 less than Starter, even though its base price is higher. That doesn't make it the best plan for everyone: your required features and actual usage still matter.
To estimate your own bill, list the kinds of work you'll automate: quick questions, longer chats, and social comments. During a trial, record both the number of conversations and the Action usage shown in the account. Use those figures to replace your initial estimates.
Make two estimates: a typical month and a busy promotion month. A quiet week's usage may not reflect a product launch. Keep a note of your assumptions so they're easy to update.
- Limit: choose one channel and inquiry type.
- Measure: record conversations and AI Actions separately.
- Calculate: combine subscription, overage and channel costs.
- Review: compare the bill with answered questions and time saved.

Add SMS and WhatsApp fees separately
The published SMS fee is $0.0125 per incoming or outgoing segment when using ConversionIQ's provider service. WhatsApp lists $0.02 per incoming or outgoing message for the US and Canada, and $0.04 internationally. Additional channel fees
An SMS segment is a billing unit: one message on a phone can contain more than one segment. Ask how message length and language affect the count, and check the rate for the recipient's country and your connection method.
Keep messaging charges separate from AI Action charges in your budget. Also ask which charges the spending cap covers; an AI allowance doesn't mean every messaging fee is included.
What happens when you reach the spending cap?
ConversionIQ documents an overage spending cap that pauses AI Actions when reached. Budget control FAQ
During your trial, check what customers see when the AI pauses and how your team gets notified. Decide how you'll handle new requests while automation is unavailable.
Our human handoff guide explains how to define responsibilities. Don't cut replies so short that customers need to ask the same question again. A lower Action count is only helpful if people still get the answers they need.
Frequently asked questions
Should every small business start on Starter?
Starter may suit you if it supports the channels you need and your usage stays low. Use your trial's Action count to compare Starter with Standard before choosing.
Is lower usage always better?
Not if customers leave without an answer. Check answer accuracy and your team's workload alongside the Action count.
What should the trial establish?
Use our small-pilot guide to choose one channel, test ordinary questions and exceptions, then review both quality and cost.
