How much does Loox cost?
Loox lists Beginner as free, Convert from $49.99 per month and Unlimited at $299.99 per month. Convert's bill rises with monthly orders, while Beginner has a cumulative order limit. Unlimited includes Convert's functionality and priority support. Official pricing
That makes your order count the first number to check. The second is how many published reviews each product has, since some AI features need a minimum review count.

Standard 14-day trial, or 30 days through our referral link
Loox's official Shopify listing offers a 14-day free trial on Convert and Unlimited. This is separate from the Beginner plan, which is free subject to its order limit. How long can you use the free plan?
Beginner's 500-order limit is cumulative after the trial ends. It doesn't reset each month. A store receiving 100 orders a month will eventually reach it, even though no month has more than 500 orders.
The 2,000 monthly request emails are a separate allowance. Sending fewer emails doesn't extend the order limit. If you're collecting your first customer photos, check your current eligibility and review it as orders grow.
Convert pricing examples
Using the listed increments, these are the costs before taxes:
- 300 monthly orders: $49.99.
- 600 monthly orders: $99.99.
- 900 monthly orders: $149.99.
Billing uses the order count, not simply the number of customers you ask for a review. Run the calculation for a normal month and a promotion month, then compare the higher total with Unlimited.

Which plan do the AI features need?
AI Review Summaries require Convert or Unlimited and at least ten published reviews for an eligible product. An upgrade gives you feature access, but doesn't remove the review threshold. Summary requirements
Automatic review translation requires Convert or above. It's different from translating the buttons and forms around reviews. Translation requirements

What should you check during the trial?
Start with one product page. Compare the review display on desktop and mobile, and make sure the price and purchase button remain easy to find. Check any feature you hope will replace another app before canceling that app.
Save the plan name, base charge, order-based charges and trial end date. Existing users should compare their current contract with the new offer, since a public pricing page may not describe an older subscription.
Which plan makes sense for you?
If you need basic review collection and qualify for Beginner, that can be a starting point. If you need paid features such as translation, compare Convert's total at your actual order volume. As that total grows, compare it with Unlimited.
