Editorial illustration of budgeting service fees, products, and shipping separately for a video review campaign

The $150 subscription is only one part of your campaign budget

Reviewers.com lists a standard price of $150 per month with one campaign included. A first campaign is free during the 30-day trial, but your brand still supplies and ships the products. This guide is for US-based Shopify brands, the audience identified in the official overview. A business elsewhere shouldn't assume US shipping coverage establishes eligibility.

If you're deciding whether the app fits a content budget, compare the cost of a repeatable paid campaign with the trial. A zero service fee in month one won't tell you what ongoing product gifting costs. We checked the official information on September 12, 2026; this is a pricing analysis, not a report of campaigns we have run. Our Reviewers.com review covers the wider service.

What the standard plan includes

Budget in campaigns, then add the cost of the items in each campaign. Public pricing lists one product per campaign and up to ten gifted items. A campaign is a round of recruiting people to try that product, rather than a purchase of a fixed number of finished ads. Official pricing

Standard service fees in USD, before fulfillment and other business costs
ChargePublished amount
Recurring plan$150/month, including one campaign
Extra campaign beyond available credits$150 each
New-merchant trial30 days, with the first campaign free

The Shopify App Store listing specifies USD billing and a 30-day cycle for recurring and usage charges. Two campaigns in a standard paid cycle therefore mean $300 in service fees if no extra credits or discounts apply. That number still excludes samples and delivery.

A credit means a campaign allowance. The app uses the current monthly allowance first, then extra credits, then a paid extra campaign. Monthly allowances expire at the next cycle; extra credits do not. Check which allowance the final campaign screen is using instead of assuming an unused month funds a future launch. Billing documentation

Is the free trial actually free?

The first campaign's service charge is waived, not the cost of the goods. Reviewers receive the product and US shipping free of charge, so those costs remain on the brand's side. Official participant guidance

The trial includes one campaign. Starting a second during those 30 days can trigger an extra charge. The billing guide says canceling or uninstalling within the trial avoids the subscription charge, with the first paid cycle beginning on day 31. Don't treat that as a promise to reverse separately approved purchases. Trial billing rules

Before starting, record the trial end date and assign someone to make the renewal decision. Shipping a sample, receiving a video, and beginning a billing period are different events. Keep your evaluation schedule tied to the date in your account, rather than waiting until every piece of content has been edited.

A worked budget: samples, fulfillment, and a second campaign

Use your cost of goods, not the retail price, to estimate the inventory consumed. A $40 retail item doesn't create a $40 payment to Reviewers.com. Start with what the item costs to source or make, then add delivery and preparation. The opportunity to sell that inventory is a separate business consideration.

Here is a completely fictional example for ten small pouches. Assume an $8 unit cost, $5 shipping per shipment, and $1 in packing materials. These are planning inputs, not vendor quotes or typical campaign results.

Illustrative costs in USD; no discount or extra credit assumed
CostFirst free campaignOne standard paid campaign
Service$0$150
Ten items at $8 cost$80$80
Ten shipments at $5$50$50
Ten packs at $1$10$10
Subtotal$140$290

The repeatable paid campaign costs $290 in this example, before labor and other expenses. Running two identical campaigns in one paid cycle would mean $300 in service fees plus $280 for goods, delivery, and materials: $580. Recalculate fulfillment if the second product has a different weight, size, or unit cost.

Add tax where applicable, fulfillment labor, content review, captions, editing, and any paid distribution you actually plan to buy. Keep existing Shopify or review-app subscriptions separate from the new spend caused by this project. For a company funding its US operation in another currency, use the actual payment conversion and fees rather than a guessed exchange rate.

Loox merchant pricing and the 10% referral offer

These are separate offers with separate eligibility checks. The Loox merchant guide lists preferred Reviewers.com pricing of $100 per month and $100 for an extra campaign. That is distinct from the standard public price, and isn't a combined subscription for both apps. Confirm your eligibility and applied rate before using it in a budget.

Our referral link advertises 10% off the subscription. Its duration, application to extra campaign charges, and compatibility with Loox merchant pricing are unconfirmed. Don't automatically stack discounts or assume they reduce your shipping bill. Use the approved subscription amount in your final budget.

Keep a standard-price budget and an offer-confirmed budget so the source of any saving stays clear. Adding another app solely for a discount requires considering that app's ongoing cost and usefulness. Our Loox pricing guide covers that decision separately.

Is it worth it? Measure cost per usable video after delivery

A campaign allowance isn't a guaranteed inventory of finished creative. Don't divide the budget by the number of samples and label it a confirmed cost per video. Decide where you intend to use the footage, then record how many received videos actually serve that purpose and what extra work they require.

Our suggested calculation is actual total cost divided by the number of videos you can use. In the fictional $290 example, five usable videos and no additional costs would mean $58 each. Five is an assumption, not a delivery promise or measured result. If none can be used, the unit cost is undefined, not zero. Evaluate that outcome before repeating the spend; don't infer sales or conversion gains from content volume.

For the current feature check, we also read the official July update on AI briefs and Priority Reviewers announcement. Neither provided a separately priced charge for those features in the material reviewed. Their exact publication dates weren't shown. Don't turn a feature announcement into an assumed paid add-on or a performance guarantee; check any charge shown in your account.

Billing questions to settle before approval

Does the usage cap mean I will be charged that much?

No. The billing guide describes a $5,000 monthly usage limit and says each extra campaign requires approval. A spending ceiling is neither the standard bill nor your internal campaign budget. Read the specific charge before approving it. Usage-cap explanation

Can I save this month's campaign for later?

The monthly allowance does not carry forward. Extra credits have different rules. If there is no suitable product to promote this cycle, make a deliberate renewal decision rather than counting on an accumulating balance.

Does a canceled campaign produce a cash refund?

The help center describes extra credits for specified cancellation situations. A returned credit isn't the same as cash. Cash-refund eligibility for an individual case remains unconfirmed here; check before committing the spend.

Start with one product and a renewal budget

Price the sample batch first, then confirm the offer on the approval screen. You should know the trial's fulfillment cost, the recurring fee after the trial, and who decides whether a second campaign is justified. Until a discount is visibly applied, the standard price gives you a clearer planning baseline.

If your US-based Shopify business is eligible and that budget works, review the 30-day trial terms. Keep the first campaign focused enough to judge the resulting footage and workload before committing to ongoing production.
